I have a couple numbers in my phone gathered via daygame. Before, I've experimented with calling first and the girls rarely answer. I want to take another shot at texting for first contact after the number close. I got all of their numbers on either saturday or sunday last weekend. What is a clever/witty way to ask them out via text? I've found the whole "hey katie, this is bill. how are you?" opening text to be pretty boring with a low response rate.

SIDE NOTE: In the future, I'll probably send a text shortly after I get their number like "hey katie, this is bill. I guess we're text buddies now " as a way to warm them up for the eventual date proposal down the line. I usually just call when they give me their number so they have mine in their phone too.

Sent this text out, no response as of 1.5 hours later:

hey kristina, this is bill. What's your schedule look like the next couple days? I'd like to take you out to chat some more, I promise it will be to someplace classier than a mall " (we met in a mall last weekend, she mentioned we should meet on a weekday)

I feel like our rapport on the initial meet was kind of weak, so the non-response may have more to do with that than the content of the text.

Read your guide, some good ideas in there, but I feel like some of the texts were incongruent with the personality I put out in the approach.

This is the problem you sent out with your original text too. That's not you. I don't even know you and I can tell that that's not you. That's some nerdy computer programmer making some lame ass joke.

Don't over think it. If you like her and she likes you, there is no reason to be "gaming" a girl where you're using lines and shit.

Thank you for all responses. That girl practically coughed her number up without me asking in the first 2 minutes of the conversation and ended it by giving me a hug. I think the hug was her way of saying thanks for having the courage to direct approach me, but I'm never going to fuck you, so take this as a lame consolation prize.

So I've got another lead, a little more solid and hotter girl to boot, that I plan on texting today. I had a text prepared along the same lines as the last one, but given the feedback, I'll probably scrap it.

She's a high school dance teacher (with the tight body of a dancer!), and we talked a bit about dance so I was thinking of sending something that references that.

Here's a sample text opener that doesn't work for me 100% of the time:

MC: Dimple fairy super hot babe!
Girls: (No response.)

Here's a sample text opener that works for me at least 50% of the time (I usually send this to girls whom I've caught looking at my crotch):

MC: Do you like horses?
Girls: No. Why are you asking?
MC: I'm going to xxx place. Let's do some ostrich riding then.
Girls: Ostrich?
MC: What's your free schedule this week?

Thread 2

MC: Do you like horses?
Girls: Yessss.
MC: Which color do you prefer, red or brown?
Girls: Red. (Whatever color she answers, you answer the same.)
MC: Good choice. Red [Brown] horses have big cocks. Do you prefer big cocks or small cocks?
Girls: I'm not going to answer that.
MC: Cool. I'm going to xxx place. What's your free schedule this week?

Find something that works for you. Shit can what doesn't work and keep on trying several openers until you have 3 to 5 that consistently work for you.

You pick up the phone and call them.

Until you establish some form of an emotional connection you'll be constantly thinking about what to say next. It flows after you connect. I find the phone the easiest way to make that connection if you didn't do it during the day game.
