Straight up. My fucker is not what it used to be. When I lost my virginity I went for 4 hours and never went flaccid. The day after, I had trouble walking because my whole lower half was in too much pain.

So I have been putting more ab and leg work into my routine, but if anyone knows any exercises more specifically aimed at improving sex stamina and functionality I would appreciate it.

3. HIIT for endurance

You need to be a man. Pick heavy shit up. Put heavy shit down.

Squats. Deadlifts. Benchpress. Shoulder Press. Rows. Cleans. Snatches. Loaded Carries.

Probably all of the shit that you don't want to do because its too hard... but that's whats gonna boost your testosterone to keep your cock hard as a rock.

Ofcourse he should primarily weight train. But if endurance is his problem, he should do some form of HIIT as well.
