I realized that escalation is what i need to work on most at the moment.

I was wondering if anyone on this form has written and articles or anything on this that i can read? Also if there are any other articles or books that focus on this?

There is heaps of content on escalation. You obviously didn't even google or search this forum

That ^ is THE bible on this subject. However, can be a little intimidating for a noob. Physically escalating as an opener is a scary thing at 1st, but it was the missing puzzle piece to my game at the time, as the cliches always say,,,'My results sky rocketed!'

if you want a more simple toned down version, google 'Richard Gambler physical escalation '
