I've got an email to purchase the same product, and I was browsing around here to get some feedbacks from people who bought it already. But now that I see that you had issues with it I may want to change my mind now.

Not sure, but regardless, I don't know what product this is, or if it still even is a product. Locking this to prevent further confusion.
