Recently I have been trying to get out there a lot after the break up with my gf. We no longer see or speak to one another. However I can't help but think of her every day, as if I do miss her, however busy I am kept, she pops up a lot.

I have been going out getting with other girls, hooking up, sleeping with etc... I get the feeling alot of it is because I am feeling ready to move on with life and have kids etc... and none of these 'girls' have done it for me in the slightest.

Strange as with my ex before she had cheated on me and it took me absolutely months to get over what she had done more than her, and when I met my next gf I didn't give a shit nor was I looking which I think came off well.

I keep reading keep busy, fuck other girls, go out meet girls. It's like a bottomless pit that is really fucking hard to get out of. Anyone else got any other advice?
