For me personally I wouldn't masturbate too early beforehand as it will make me TOO sensitive and will be difficult for me to get it up.

In fact, I make it a thing now to NOT masturbate several days before having sex.

If I were you I'd engage in lots of foreplay, since sex isn't JUST about your penis penetrating her.

Take your time, put her in different positions, etc.

You'll also have a quicker reload time than if you DID masturbate, and the second round will be much longer than the first.

I don't know about the rest of the guys, but growing up I would always last longer the first time around.

The trick to having sex as long as you would like to is to simply breathe man. Your breath controls your ejaculation, but your ejaculation will control your breath if you allow it to.

The breaths become rapid and shallow when you're coming near ejaculation. If you can control that by being self aware, relaxing, and breathing deeply and slowly into the bottom of your abdomen. Your ejaculation will naturally slow up.

Breathe man. 7 seconds in, 7 seconds out and let your breath put pressure on the base of your groin. Start this breathing an hour before sex. And continue it all the way through. Don't just wait until you're 2 mins from cumming to remember "Oh shit . I gotta breathe" . It'll be too late by then. Start breathing now if you have to. Work on deep breathing. Its main key i've found for long lasting sex.

But if you do succeed this time around, laugh it off and she will too. A woman is likely to be more concerned with your reaction to a performance problem than she is the problem itself.
