Greetings!

I wanted to get you'll thoughts on practicing my openers on the lower end of the scale. Personally, I find it easier to improv and just not care when I'm talking to a two set of 6-7's and I have a feeling that this early in my career it's most important that I just get out there!

I know I shouldn't care at all about rejection, but I'm only starting to work on my inner game. My initial successes here give me confidence, has anyone else done anything similar?

Course, there's no reason why you can't approach 6's and 7's to start off. Hell, some guys have so much trouble, that I have told them to start out by just opening and talking to random sets of guys about stuff, just so they could get comfortable enough talking to people.

Great ideas Rye Lee!

I find myself having more trouble opening a set that has guys in it, by working on just a few all male sets I can practice my AMOG techniques and double the amount of practice I get on each sarge.

Thanks for the input.

The thing about opening up sets of just guys, is that it isn't a silly pointless thing to do. It builds better skills for talking with the guys at work, or maybe you start talking with those guys and they are right next to a set of girls, now you have social proof and the girls are an easy set, I've had guys introduce me to girls because I've been talking to them for a couple minutes and I seem like a good guy.
