I guess I consider myself still a newbie/intermediate because I have been studying this material for about 2 months now. I've read the game and various e-books and I have been successful at a few parties here in college and only have 1 kiss close to date since studying PUA stuff so I guess I'm intermediate but I don't have interactions everyday so I guess I"m a newbie still too. My question is for you good PUA's and master PUA's out there how long did it take you to be good? What did you do to get there? How did you work on your confidence? I find it easy to open in parties and social SPAM but I still struggle and have approach anxiety during day game and I want to improve that. Like at the gym, work, restuarant. I just kind of go blank and don't know how to open or what to say and I usually won't approach. I was thinking to get better I'll re-read the game and other resouces and ebooks and keep posting and commenting on this site to improve. Any suggestions to get better at PUA? How can I improve my day game? I have a lot of questions but I'll keep it to these few questions.

thats a very personal question in the sense that everyone is different...

you have to put yourself out there, probably get shot down a gazillion times until you find what works with you and what kind of game you enjoy playing most..night game/day game..

by practicing..and practicing..and practicing... you learn to build confidence on what you're doing and will say/do..then you're ready

you dont have to re-read the game..just read a couple of the posts here..get some of the routines in your head..and go out there
