i've known this girl for about 7 months and hung out with her last year(twice- Before i read the books) and i've just started seeing hher again and we went out twice in 2 months.

i went out with her 2 weeks ago and ran some attraction routines. and tried the mystery kiss close but didn't work because she felt guilty i had a girlfriend(but i was on a break) but she said she would kiss me and also she called me out on that routine.

Now im trying to figure out how to see her again, i've tried inviting her to something and its failed already two times... i dont know if shes a very busy person or am just being paranoid..

But my question is whats the best way to ask her out with out really asking her out directly? Or is directly the best way in this situation?

She's called you out on a routine already, so she knows SOMETHING about the game. She's already blown you off twice. Move on man. She knows what you're "trying" to do. And she's not receptive. If you just have to ask her out again, just go direct with it and get it done.
