I was wondering if anyone knew of a good genre of music to listen to before you go out to sarge. Is it better to pump yourself up with energy or relax yourself, or listen to nothing at all? Anyone know tricks to help get them prepared for success? I currently listen to vocal trance or blues before I go out. For whatever reason it seems to put me in a good frame.

NLP connects emotions to triggers, you can use NLP without studying it. For example, pick a movie where someone is excessively confident. Adapt a confident character's theme as your own. My song is danger zone by kenny loggins from Top Gun with tom cruise. works like a charm

Drop that NLP bullsh*t. Hip-hop/rap is my go to before hitting a big social setting. The lyrics, beat, tempo. all out me in the "god mode."
