Anyone know what this means when you see a girl that wears a lot of makeup, or you see a girl who maybe does not wear so much and you notice her wearing more? Does that mean they are looking for validation, and if so how should I maybe play it?

All it says is she cares about her appearance. Girls who wear less makeup usually do so because they can get away with it.

Could be anything. Maybe they have some acne and they're covering it up.

I don't believe there's a pre-defined reason for why they do it.
