You have two options here. Let go and move on(what you should do). That means literally do not even think about this girl. If you find yourself thinking about, pause and think about something else.
The other option is to go talk to her. As you can't seem to get past this girl, then you should do this if option one isn't good enough.
Your plan seems to be number three: sit around and brood over her all day, stare at her, never talk to her, and expect that at some point, this extremely creepy behavior manifests in her becoming sexually attracted to you.
Good luck with this one, as that's how most guys go after girls they like. Sit around and passively stare at her, and think about her all the time, but don't actually interact with her. Maybe you'll be more successful than all the other guys doing this exact same thing.
