There must be a good way to pick-up girls as bartender. How should I start the conversation except of asking what will they have? Or some routines??

I personally don't have any bartender experience but I've seen it in action. And they get laid. But the fact of the matter is, if you can't get laid off the job, you're not going to be able to get laid on the job. Becoming a barentder doesn't allow you to bypass having to get good with women.

So the really question you're asking is.. " How do I get girls ? " - things don't change just because you acquire a liquor license.

from what i have read, girls will likely just give you your number. that doesnt mean you will have sex with them, but it gives you the opportunity to.

the reasoning behind girls actually giving you her number is because for one.. your not there to hook up with them like every drunk guy there. they feel more at ease with you. also they feel like your in control. your behind the bar vs every other guy in front of the bar. authority

use that to your advantage.

as a bartender you need to learn to flirt with any girl you see ... thats just being a good bartender . whether its fake or not. your working to make money and flirting is a good way to get tips.
