I recently got a new job and I love the workplace. I met a lot of new girls in my department but this one girl acts totally different than everyone. She is a Russian hb9, new in this country, and finally what mostly pisses me off is that she is very shy(not boring tho). Because I just got the job I didn't want to hit on her right away and piss my manager off. anyways somehow I attracted her and she wouldn't miss a second to help me or have a short conversation. from this point I thought she is in to me so I tried to make jokes and flirt with her, but she would give no reaction and would try to avoid flirting with me and she kept the BS talk going on and she is trying to take it slowly. And now im confused what to do now because the way she wants to keep it is too fucking slow for me. by the way im 19 and she is 24, if this will help . is there anyway I can stop her of being so shy or should I just forget her?? please help

You need to understand the social dynamics at play here. Of course she will be shy if she's new to the country and doesn't speak the language fluently. She probably latched onto you because she is trying to build a social circle to feel more confident. I've had my fair share of office romance. It's great when it's going well but it's shit when things go south.

Are you prepared to keep business and romance separate? Are you able to still be professional and focus on your work when the girl whose face you jizzed on is sitting in the same room? Are you prepared to potentially ruin her career as well as your own? Are you able to keep your hands off each other during office hours? (harder than you think) .
