Is it a bad thing if you've known her awhile and you give in to her demands?

about 50% of the time I will slap her back, the other 50 I stick my hand out and let her slap mine or do a different shake so she has to come to me


with the hug demand, sometimes she will hug me first and I will squeeze tighter when she says that, but the other times I won't do it

Over thinking lol. Meaningless.

not a hoop?

Dude I've had girls do that before its nothing you're overthinking it however I see that as a perfect opportunity for escalation when a girl goes for a hi 5 what I do a lot of times is grab her hand spin her like you would if you're salsa dancing put her arm around your neck and dip her when you bring her up you're face to face and go for the kiss. I've done that countless times and its never failed me. What I like to do when a girl asks for a hug I jokingly say give me a kiss if she declines I beta myself and say well my mom always told me not to go around hugging strange girls it sounds weak, but its all in the delivery I always get a joking response and usually end up making out with the girl later on, but beta humor and routines are one of my strengths I once told a girl I was curled up under a blanket with a box of chocolates watching the notebook because I was depressed she didn't return my text, and we went out later that evening.

That theory was intended for guys to just be aware.. Avoiding every hoop someone places up doesn't make you any friends; or get you laid.

My girlfriend will say things like " Eddie.. I'm really sad I don't know why. Can you hug me pleeeeassseee ?" - If I go hug her am I jumping through her hoop?

When you establish standards and boundaries you won't have to worry about jumping through hoops; you'll only do whats within your boundaries. The only "hoop" that destroy attraction are the ones that go against the boundaries you have set up for yourself.
