I'm no expert but I'll take a stab at 4 and 6.
4) It's possible. Nothing is set in stone. But hey, you might run into a shallow woman that only cares about your looks.
6) I don't believe being dishonest is necessary in pick-up, but I suppose it depends on what your goal is. If you're using pick-up just to get laid, it may not matter to you since you didn't plan on committing to them. If you're using pick-up as a means to find "The One", it would be ill-advised to start-off lying because, eventually, the truth will come out and can possibly damage trust in any future relationship in the long-run.
