Need some slick ways or methods to do this. I have one where I get her to want something really bad from me. Like an answer or something that I have. Then I make her kiss me on the cheek to get it.

You can get better than that. Start with an eskimo kiss and if attractions high enough you can get a lip kiss right after because faces are parallel. For cheek kiss, thats childs play for the average pua. Honestly like if uve even built up the slightest attraction you can just point at ur fucking cheek and boom. You could be childish and say u have an injury on cheek that needs a kiss to make it feel better. Or you could double whammy. Do a modification of the french or dutch goodbye when trying to k-close by getting kiss on one cheek than kiss on other than boom straight down the pipe for lip kiss (so 3 total kisses). Point to each cheek. cheek kisses to an advance pua are pretty much simply a compliance test.

"Kiss me on the cheek"

No, really. I just say "Give me a kiss", show her my cheek and point to it with my index finger. They never say no. It's the most harmless thing you could tell a chick to do.

Agreed with GamesSN and the other poster. It's very simple and there's no way a girl will refuse to do this unless you're coming off as totally weird and Beta.

It's all down to your frame, how confident you are and how comfortable you are around women. A lot of people wouldn't be able to ask a chick for a kiss on the cheek and most guys out there don't have a clue as to how easy it can be and how harmless it is.

The biggest problem with a lot of guys coming into PUA is that they make mountains out of nothing and I think that's exactly what the OP was doing: Thinking asking for a kiss on the cheek is a big deal when the reality is it's just as simple as saying to do it.

This is also the same for k-closing a girl. Isolate her, talk for a minute then phaseshift and speak these magic words "Come here... Give me a kiss."
