Hey guys wanna get some opinions on this. I recently had a girl see my phone while I was on here, and she lost her shit! Typical all guys a pigs bullshit. I said to her listen how is this any different than your cosmo or whatever other magazines? You need and/or want advice you pick up a magazine at any corner store grocery store book store you name it. There's no magazine like that for guys we have a forum. Different format, but exact same principal. She's like you disgust me a bunch of guys talking about fucking women and how many women you've slept with. I said no its mainly guys with legitimate concerns seeking legitimate advice, but if you wanna go there on the cover of every cosmo magazine what does it say. How to drive your man crazy, 25 sex moves that will leave him wanting more and so on, but even though I'm right that was one argument I wasn't gonna win with her so I just said fuck it and walked away, but that got me curious about how women would percieve something like this what is creepy about a guy asking strangers for advice to better himself? Is it the fact that we come on a forum with a made up name, and use pua lingo, and try to disect area's of our dating life we need to improve?

It sounds like either she is a feminist or she has some other underlying problem. My guess is that it is the latter and that some guy she dated must have really hurt her. Either way I would let it go. It sounds like she isn't the type of girl you would want to have any sort of relation to anyway.

Unfortunately, pick up artist has bad connotations behind it and brings up player, man whorism and guys who use fake techniques to trick women. Think of it like this, if you had seen her on "Gold digger forum" you'd be less likely to believe her when she says "oh it's not like that." Although she went off a little too much, I won't be mentioning "pick up artist" or showing a forum called puaforum to a new girl.

Bravo. You've got a great, positive outlook. It sounds to me like she's got a lot of anger and you're better off letting her go. There's a lot of women who would appreciate being with a positive man who is always improving himself.

Good responses so far, but nah, I don't think too many girls will take too kindly to it. Society somehow has them believe that men just know what to say or do. Too many romance movies IMO. Then again, maybe we've been convinced to believe we're going to wind up with Scarlett Johanssen, so we plug away at it. It sort of goes both ways, but all you can do is play with the cards you're dealt. It just is what it is.

Never mind all that. What is she doing going through your phone to begin with? Sounds like trouble already.

What actually happened was I was on the forum, and set my phone down she saw what it was on then picked it up. After that the fight was on I guess you'd say. At the time I was offering some advice to a thread where a guy was asking what to do after a girl thinks you're needy. I told her if you're that bent out of shape over it here read what I just posted you'll see its just a forum where guys from all over the world help to better themselves, and eachother. But there was no talking to her she was too far on the all guys a pigs kick. What really did it was when I said well you read cosmo I could say you're a dirty slut, and all women that read cosmo and other magazines are low value dirty sluts reading sex stories and new sex posistions, moves whatever. I got the whole that's different so I say how so? Please do tell me how it is different other than the format. You're reading advice,stories,opinions from people from all over the world in those magazines I'm doing the same on an internet forum, and not only that a lot of posts aren't necesarily to do with women, but self improvment in general please tell me what is wrong with that. Her response you disgust me!! So basically I proved her wrong she had nothing to say. And yes she is a feminist, but a really intense one that can give it out, but can't take it. Another time she was negging me making fun of me at a party to the point it was almost insulting, so I gave it back to her she said something I was like awe muffin are you gonna be ok?? Without a word of a lie she got up stormed off I saw her about 2hrs later. So that's the kind of person I'm dealing with she's not a gf or a friend so I really don't care what she thinks I was just curious to see what you guys think as far as how women percieve a forum like this.

her worldview isn't really accepting your worldview. Personally, I don't care what a girl has to say about these forums. If she doesn't understand then so be it. I won't go bat shit crazy to teach her otherwise.
