So here I am, I met this new girl and posted this picture on fb of wild turkeys and how they are supposed to be without farmers breeding them extra large. The post kinda portrays the meat industry as evil etc... You get my point...She then says on my post: "got it. No Turkey. Extra Pie!"
I know shes into me can I get some advice on how to respond please?

Wha? I'm not sure where you're going with this. Is she Vegetarian/Vegan, Anti-farm-raised-meats, PETA supporter, what, what? What are you responding to? In what way is she 'into you'?

The basic response is whatever first comes to mind. Are you picking her up online or something? Please fill in some blanks there chief.
