Ok so this girl has flaked on me twice already, last time i invited to a party one of my friends was throwing at his place. However, next day she texted me to find out how the party was. I replied to her text as if I didn't care about the flaking, but do you think i should give her the benefit of the doubt and try to arrange a third date or do you guys think that would be a waste of time? First flake she said she couldn't because she had an exam the next da, but she suggested another time. We agreed on meeting on friday and she flaked out because she said she was feeling tired and that she was sorry(no re-schedule). When I met her we made out. I usually send couple of cocky and funny texts a day and tease her, I've also tried to build rapport, but I feel more comfortable doing that in person that's why I want to do the 2nd date.

Two flakes is usually a bad sign but your post desperately lacks detail. Add more detail about your interactions so far. Yea two flakes is bad but its not always doom and gloom.

I always go for the third and tell her "this is the last time I try" or something to let her know that I won't be chasing her if she doesn't go out with me.

Third date she flaked? I immediately next her. She might come back to you in a week if she's interested.

Not a fan of ultimatums they only work once in a blue moon. Most of the time 2 flakes = no interest, but not always, that why need more detail, see if its one of the exceptions. I've had girls flake 2+ times and still eventually F-closed, but its rare and situation specific.
