Before my experience of "The Game" I tried getting this girl that I knew from high school into becoming my date to a banquet and my AFC characteristics totally demolished the relationship from friends to now awkward phase. Now when we see each other on campus we don't even acknowledge each other's presence. My friends have called her a bitch and what not because of how she treats me, but I totally understand that it was my fault shit got screwed up. Currently, it has been a couple of months that went by and it has gotten better through time, yet I can't talk to her comfortably. Should I say fuck it and go for the other fishes in the sea and I'll be transferring soon anyway or should i repair things (Don't ask where because I'm applying this year. I'm hoping for D.C.)? I would rate this girl as a 7. Is it worth it?

Don't feel bad. We've all been there. There are some girls, that for one reason or another, we miss the boat on. Here's my (humble) advice, if you really wanna give it a shot, that it...

Work on your appearance. I have no clue what you look like, but you need to create attraction between the two of you, so perhaps a cosmetic overhaul is in order. Do something to your hair. Get some different clothes. Find yourself some sort of peacock item that you're comfortable with. A hat, a pair of sunglasses, a fancy cell phone, a necklace. Getting this stuff will make you feel like a new person and will probably give you a fresh breath of confidence. I know it does for me.

So, stay away from this girl in the time it takes you to finish your makeover. Then, "accidentally" run into her. Do a double take like Lovedrop. Look back over your shoulder and open. Something like... "Hey..... Don't I know you?" Totally aloof. Maybe messing with your phone. You can wait for her to say her name or you can hesitate and say it like it *just* came to you. Maybe you can say that you didn't recognize her, which is BS, but will lead into her saying "Wow, you look different!" Give yourself a false time constraint, tell a small story of what you've been up to, spiked with DHVs. Do NOT ask what she has been up to. You shouldn't seem to care. Don't be TOO arrogant though. Cocky funny. You need to make sure you've disqualified yourself and wait for IOIs. You know the routine.

Now here, play it by ear. If you # close, it might be especially effective if you at one time *had* her number but you need it again. Follow through with your time constraint and leave her wanting more. If you see her regularly, you don't necessarily need to set something up that moment. Plus, if you try to arrange something immediately, it may come across are try hard. You want to attract her. String her along a bit and then find ways to build comfort.

You can also try to make her jealous. Get in good with with her friends, guys or girls. YOU need to be the man. Be fun, be happy and be unaffected. If she doesn't bite, it's no big deal.
