How exactly do you handle a set (2-3 set specifically) of annoying, immature girls hanging out with their friends?

They're annoying and don't say anything worthwhile :?

What to say? How to act? What to do? (Without moving onto the next set)

Hmmm, if you have to think about that, then that should more than likely tell you to move on and find some girls that are worth your while. To approach girls like that, that would be DLVing yourself.
