yes go give her what she wants! be your bad ass self and win her heart.. trust me every guy knows that look they get from a girl with the smile she is basically inviting you to open her and spit game to her.. your almost there you just have to say the right words with the right body language and be confident and your there

i believe a smile is an IOI, yes - but the work has just begun ffrom here.... go and talk to her, and cause you can bypass an opener you can start creating a connection...

shes already going to his house. all he needs is the self belief to close the deal. how much more of an IOI does he need. his problem at the moment definately seems to be a lack of self belief. there's no need to keep creating attraction if its already there when you could be doing far more exciting things. just go for gold mate coz there no wrong way to pick up women, if you get the girl you want does it really matter what you did to get her?

Well the first you have to do is game her some place besides work. Work isn't really an attraction location. If you have a lunch break at the same time suggest that you eat somewhere together. But, do it right. Say, " I'm goin to _____ for lunch. You should join me."

unfortunatley I thought the same thing except i belived all i needed was confidense turned ugly when i acted like a different person then what she tought I was
go in with several game plans to make the situation easier like omen said invite her to an event outside work get some more IOI and run some kino escalation
