You are doing it wrong. Stop going after her and focus on her friends, seduce THEM instead, but in a casual, not needy way. Make them feel great in your presence. The "right one" will notice that and she will start thinking of you in whole new perspective. She will miss all the attention you were giving to here before you started to game her friends and SHE will try to isolate you. Are you seeing the difference? After that happens, its kino time!

i just got this woman back from not talking to me at all and avoiding me to lets hang out again. Seriously, this sounds like an easy call for me. Game her friend, and let the original (the LGBF girl) just see that other women are attracted to you, it might be even worse for her because it is her friend. Gaming her friend will give you social proof. If I were you, I would take it as far as you can w/ the friend. It ought to drive the LGBF girl crazy. Eventually you could start to give the original girl some attention and see how badly she wants you. (Caution: if you are really into the LGBF girl than you might not want to game her friend because their friendship could suffer.)
