Imo you shouldnt worry so much about it. If you really wana know, what i found to help me back in my AFC days was to beat off the same day or as close to f-closeing as possible upto about an hour before. I found for myself an hour or more before if i had beat off i could still get it up but it would take alot more to get me to cum.

Also there is a difference in feeling when you wear a condom, even the thin ones tend to provide less pleasure. As long as your not using a ribbed one or something like that, it may be enough to help you last longer.

Or better yet, close your eyes while you do it and imagine your banging someone you simply find repulsive. Try doing this in bursts as often as you feel the need to keep yourself from cumming. Idk might not work for everyone but...

Another thing you can do...I read some men's magazines. One thing is when you are having your personal time, that you make it last as long as possible. Take your time, when you get close to climaxing to relax and stop. Then start again, then when you get close, relax again. It's called the Stop/Start Method it trains your body to hold out longer.
