ok, so i play volleyball in college which is a pretty big sport at my college and girls always ask..oh you play volleyball? Im wondering what is the best way to respond to that comment, should i just say something like yeah, you should definatly come to some of my games or what can i do to make them more interested? - Thanks

well gettin them to come to your games isnt really goin to get them that interested unless they r athletic or into the sport too, just tell them to come out for a game some time(where she doesnt just sit there and watches u, which could b borin to a lot of people) but u can teach her stuff(some kino opportunities), neg her about her skills.... just show her fun time

I'd say this question opens the door for you to be C&F. very similarly to as if you were asked about your job. I would say something like..

YOU: "Na i just smack the balls around out there, and they let me wear the uniform."

or

And this is a deeper look at it, are they asking this question in a situation were it is obvious that you do indeed play volleyball? Like do they ask while you wear the jersey or after you just talked to (or they talked to) someone who stated that you do play?

if so try something like...

(wearing jersey, or overheard her talking to your friend who told them you play)

HB: "Hey, you play Volleyball?"

YOU: "Wow your my favorite superhero!"

HB: "What?"

YOU: "I've always wanted to meet Captin Obvious(maybe throw in some playful kino)...of course i play silly, if you wanted some tips all you had to do was ask."

Then you can do a DHV story or routine related to volleyball. I of course am not in your situation and do not know how this would work. See if any other posters agree or disagree and go from there

thanks for the tips, i like the idea of her coming to a game but more towards the end so that she wouldnt have to wait the whole time and then possibly throwing out the idea that we should get dinner after the game.
