Hey how's it going. Alright, I have most of the basic stuff down-pat; negs, DHV, all that stuff. Only thing is I can't get past the attraction phase. For instance, there's this girl at my school who shows me alot of IOI's. She writes her name on me and such and invited me to a Halloween thing which I chose not to bother with (told her it was for little kids ). Anyways, I'm not sure what to do right now. I'd definitely date her but not sure how to ask exactly. Usually I end up stalling not knowing what to do and end up in the friend zone with most girls but I'd like to change this.

Yea but this already happened. I wasn't around for it anyways. So should I just come up with an idea for a "date" and ask her to tag along. Date meaning "Hey I gotta go do something. You should come with me."

yah just make it seem that u r not going out of your way to d osomethin with her, and that u will have great time wheather she comes or not
