Is cocky/funny a frame control?

I think that I am pretty good with my C&F game. If I act cocky funny, and she starts to act cocky funny back, does that mean I am controlling the frame? Like I am able to get in that zone with some people. Does that mean that I am running the frame or can she steal it from me with a good comeback?

It's a good thing. She CAN make a good comeback IN AN EFFORT to steal the frame, which just means YOUR frame needs to be that much stronger so she doesn't steal it.
