Let's assume that he's on the verge of phase shifting to the C's now. If she's asking questions about him and not throwing up the bitch shield or shit tests (too much) then will assume he's at A3.
If he's there and she agrees to the Day2 then NEGs aren't required (unless she's acting superior). Depending on your style though, C&F can continue if you're known for it.
Definately work your friend (the obstacle) and don't give 'as much' attention to the target (that's for the Day2

). But keep up the kino with both so it seems natural to the target.
