Location: Prague, Czech Republic | | Can somebody actually explain, WHAT is a frame? And how to create/reinforce it? I found myself copying girl's body language, and later I thought about it and realized I was some kind of submissive with her. How to reinforce my frame, my moves, my speech? PLEASE, help me.

Your frame is the mental state you are in.
You want a calm, relaxed frame, where you really don't care what happens. (I believe)
And you want your frame to be strong otherwise you may end up on losers row. (The line of guys nursing a beer and staring at the dance floor)
As far as how to control it I got nothing.
