what are some good kino techniques? also, when is the time right for kino?

It can be any sort of touching whatsoever if I understand it correctly. There's no techniques really. Obviously don't start grabbing boobs and butts to kino escalate but touching a shoulder or grabbing hands/arms and holding them for a quick sec. As for when, you should start kino'ing right away.

If a girl slaps your ass, do you have the right to slap theirs? I've always wondered about this...

If you do it in a playful manner, CF style you can do it at any time, depending on the girl's interest level.

dude serious i've been wondering about that for years. and last month a girl grabbed my chesticles

how i usually initiate kino:
1. start with light touching: tap her on the shoulder to get her attention, grab her arm
2. move on to the waist, put your arm around her. just don't hold it there too long at first (until she gets comfortable)
3. change location and lead her by holding her hand (this works especially well in a crowded place)
4. get her to sit down with you and rest your hand on her leg, close to knee level, squeeze lightly

from this point on, I wouldn't escalate kino without kissing her... If she let you get to (4) then she probably wants you to kiss her.

I think that when you get to (4) you can only escalate kino in a "sexual" way, by sliding your hand down her leg etc... However you can't get very far with this kind of "hardcore" kino without kissing her or it will get too awkawrd. Or, to put it another way, if she kisses you/lets you kiss her, it s a good signal that you can start "hardcore" kino
