There's this girl I work with, she's pretty cute, we'd talk about school, what's going on over the weekend, I slowly gave her more attention.

She ended up asking me out one night to go to the club, I said sure, we drank went to the club, I asked her to pick out any guy in the club and I'd introduce her. She laugh so then I brought up a pretty good looking guy and introduced them. She didn't get that I was trying to dhv, I just got a wtf look.

So we're hanging outside on the porch waiting for our ride, and I'm running my fingers over her back. I get no reaction.

We talk at work, she always tells me about little things like her getting a dog, her moving into a new place, her family is coming, she tells me a lot about herself. And I never ask her anything.

She asked me to go to the club with her again, I told her I don't go clubbing any more, as 1 drink is too many and 1000s is never enough. She laughed and called me a weirdo. I ignored her.

A few days passed and she asked what I do with my free time, I told her I go to the gym, and focusing on school. She suggested we go to the gym together.

We went to the bar last night, I didn't drink and she had to go home early, her parents were visiting her, so I dropped her off.

Here's the thing, I've never been friends with a girl really, and she's got a boyfriend. So I tried the whole, well I'm single I think you should introduce me to a few of your friends, she ignored me on that.

So how to I test to see what she wants from me, normally I would just go for it, but since I work with her I don't want anything to get weird. But my manager thinks I'm some sort of player and keeps asking me who I've slept with from work, and hears that Im a dog. He cheers me on, and the bartender tells me this girl likes me a lot.

How do I get her to kiss me, or make a move? I have a feeling I'm going to have to kiss her. I was thinking next time we go out and do something I'll ask her "do you want to kiss me" But we really haven't had any romantic time..

I would never in 1,000,000 years ask a girl if I could kiss her.

If I've kino escalated enough at a club for example, I have the girl facing me, my arm is around her, hand on the small of her back, and the other hand is free to hold a drink, touch her arm, or whatever. Since it's probably a bit loud, I can talk to her in one ear, keeping eye contact as much as possible, then go over the the other ear, maybe brush cheeks, then as I'm taking my head back from her ear to hear what she's saying, we can make eye contact and I can calibrate whether I can go in for the k-close. Much better to communicate stuff like this NON-verbally. That way the rejection, if you get it, is nothing more than a head turn away from you, rather than a "uh, you wanna kiss me? No!"

if the girl says no, you just say "I didn't say you could, it just looked like you had something on your mind"

If she says maybe, you say "well lets find out"

If she says yes, well then you kiss her!
