My initaial reaction would be just that. However, I believe it depends on region. I've noiced black and white girls in certian areas of the U.S. act differently than black and white girls in other regions.
Political correctness tells me to say they are all the same, but its just not true. Ethnicity
does play a role in the attitudes of people in our culture.
I still think this is a strange question though. Its not like PUA's keep certain races off limits. If she's looks good and has a great personality, why wouldnt you game her?
