but I can not ever properly be flirty/funny with women. I don't lack confidence at all

I am an 18 year old virgin BTW, even despite my decent looks, my solid build (I am a lean 5'10' 215 pounds), plenty of money, very solid social skills and plenty of confidence. Go figure

Start dropping sexual inuendo into all conversation. I never used to until i made friends with aguy who was never afraid to talk about his penis or what he did last night in vivid detail. The more comfortable you make talking about sex the easier it will flow from your mouth making it more flirtatious. I think this is what your problem is.

btw, no shame in being a virgin up until about age 24-25 then it becomes a little sad.

One of my personal favourites is to drop something that can be interpreted as being extremely sexual such as..

'Well, in that case you can come back to mine and pump my iron'

Sounds sexual right? But when she reacts as if its sexual you go..

'huh, what, ohhhh, OMG!! you sicko! I meant you can use my weight set, i cant believe you thought i meant that!!'

Once you start using this stuff you will find a boundary.

Anything sexual would work. But I do agree that you should make more of a consious effort to throw little inuendos into daily conversation. Anything from, hey look two dogs humping. (ahh made you look you perv.) to something more direct that shows her you have a sexual side. You can bullshit about something that happened in the past (so long as your friends arent going to rat you out) and make them think you are another casanova. Easy to do, just be flirty and playful, just dont go over the top and make them uneasy. You dont wanna chase em off by being creepy.
