New to MPUA Forum

Hey all. I am not considered a loser at my school. I am the starting QB for my school and I am one of the better athletes in my large city. I know girls want to go out with me. I have a problem though. I can't seem to bring myself to meet girls. I seem to actually enjoy being on the outside. In my mind I am a stud, but in actuality I am a dud.

It really sucks because nobody could imagine I would have this problem. People just assume I get the hottest chicks. That makes it worse because I beat myself up even more.

Any really basic techniques to help me. I just want to get the ball rolling.

um....maybe try the 'Approach and Opening' section.


this is for questions, not people that can't use their brains to make basic distinctions.


I wish life were more like MMOs....then maybe you'd have gotten game over at the "learn to breathe" task.

Sounds like an inner game problem. Maybe your confidence with girls isn't all great (I have the same problem) Try "Awaken Your Inner Giant" by Anthony Robbins. It's a good book, I'm not done though

Just go out to have fun and not hookup. If your really chill and friendly then your in. Plus you have pre-selection on your side f girls think that your getting some.

Hopefully that helps.

Sorry, but I would prefer advice from a man not a boy. I know a lot of boys and they are no help. Put on 20 pounds of muscle and get back to me.

Yeah, thanks for the advice. I have read Robbins' books. I get pumped then I deflate when I have a chance.

If this is a confidence issue, try Hypnotica's method of building confidence. This one is pretty intense:

Go into the middle of the football field when no one is there and stand on the 50. The 50 is your confidence level in life right now. Going forward towards their end zone, that is having more confidence. Going backward towards your end zone is having less confidence.

Close your eyes and walk up to their 40, imagining yourself gaining more and more confidence with each step. Open your eyes and feel how it feels to be more confident. Then close your eyes again and walk up further to the 30, feeling more and more confident. Open your eyes and just let the feeling of confidence sink in. Walk backwards to the 50, feeling yourself lose confidence with every step. You are now back to where you started. Feel the difference. Then close your eyes and walk backwards to your 40. Feel how it feels to act less confident. Keep walking, back to the 30, and to the 20, imagining the loss of confidence. Getting more and more shy and timid, and feeling the pain of rejection. Walk backwards to the 10, and then the 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and then 1. Walk back into the end zone, complete and total lack of confidence, and compare it to the feeling of a safety. Imagine what it would be like to live your life with this total lack of confidence. Then, close your eyes again, and start walking forwards. Walk up to the 10, and the 20, and the 30, more and more confidence returning with every step. Walk up to the 40, and then the 50. Feel the difference from your average level of confidence, compared to what it was like in the end zone, with the total lack of confidence. Then, close your eyes again, and keep walking forward, to their 40, and then the 30. Feel the confidence enter you, and imagine your life with this confidence. Go up to the 20. You're in the red zone now, approaching total confidence. Savor this feeling. Go up to the 10, then the 9, and the 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and then the 1. Walk into the end zone, and feel the feeling of a touchdown. Compare that to the feeling of what it would be like, to go about your life with supreme confidence in every situation. Imaging yourself hooking up with tons of hot girls. Imagine the crowd cheering when you score that touchdown.

After experiencing the feelings of living your life with un confidence and confidence, decide which one you prefer.
