Hey guys, wondering if you could gimme some suggestions on this
Flaky girls are common, but I'm not sure how to handle it afterwards

So I met this girl and we hit it off well; she added me on FB and it proceeded to MSN and txting. However, I asked her out twice (once with friends and another time alone) and she proceeded to flake both.

She's quite young. In highschool while I'm in college and I may have been too forward, but since her flake I gave her a slightly stern response and then phone freeze. Thing is I don't want to just leave it like that, any ideas on how to restart smoothly and get her out comfortably?
