So I read, "The Game," and I've been active on this site for a year and a half now and I was wondering if anyone knows any good websites that explain routines and what not in detail. I've just recently decided to get serious about the art of pick up and I'm trying to read up on it as much as i can. Any websites would be helpful!

As you know there are lots of routines in that section of the forum that you can shift through. Most of the other websites outside of forums are trying to sell their individual methods.

If you are interested in learning some common routines that are proven then I would highly suggest you pick up a copy of Mystery's Book or the Venutian Arts Handbook so that you can learn about how to best apply routines.

I'm going to sound like a real dork here but I make flash cards and index cute lines that I find on the forum.

The flash cards are to memorize and the index is to categorize.

There are a lot of routine questions/comments you will get when your in the field for example:

From the HB:

- Why are you single?

- I have a boyfriend.

- Are you gay?

- I don't usually meet interesting guys at bars.

- We're not having sex tonight.

It's good to have a witty answers ready to use.

Some of my favorite answers:

"Is that your way of asking me out?"

"If you have a boyfriend, then why isn't he here to buy us drinks" (credit Jay Wa)

"Since I'm gay we can do this." (kiss her)

"Well, you could apply to be my partner in crime. There's a waiting list, but it's probably worth your time." (credit Jay Wa)

[for LMR] "Well now I don't have the pressure to perform" (credit Ezo)

My biggest problem with getting into the game is because I'm having a hard time transitioning from natural game. I've always relied solely on my natural game to get me the girls but as I get older some of the old stuff doesn't work at all anymore (which is why I'm turning to this community). I don't know if anyone else can relate but I'm sure they can. Any suggestions or tips?

I personally would recommend reading forums books and such and try different methods and mix your natural game with unnatural and see what works best for you ... the way I see it is some stuff you read is going to be silly or a bit too out there, other things will be knowledgable and natural ... but I think real game has to come within and will differ from person to person ...
