So some background, im a college student who met this girl early sat morning. Was partying at my bro's house, didn't do anything but did alot of flirting that escalated quickly. Said she would love to stay but had work.

We exchanged numbers and i told her i'd call her in a couple days. I then get a ring from her Sunday, i was like damn wtf, told her i'd call her back after work but never did. Called her yesterday and we talked for a couple minutes and asked her if she was doing something Friday, and asked if i had something in mind, flirty voice and all, maybe im looking to much into it, told her i'd call her tomorrow (which is today) but haven't.

so two questions

1. Is it bad to say i'll call but don't?
2. What should i plan out for fri that could lead to sex, chill at her dorm or something, or something else, not really down for movies/ice cream, typical shit, etc.,

1. Yes. You're untrustworthy by doing this and that makes you less safe to sleep with because they're not sure about you. If you can't make a call, fine, or if you get busy with someone, let her know that's what happened, but don't just not call.
2. I like the "mall date" and you can follow it up with some video games or listening to music in your/her room. For details on the mall date, check out my "ask Rye Lee" thread that is somewhere in the forum if you use the search tool. There's a lot of ability to flirt and create sexual tension, plus you can ditch it and move back to a bedroom/apartment with some excuse about showing her something cool, having her listen to a great new album by your favorite band, or playing video games.

With video games you can do some playful nudging and play fighting, tickling, etc, which usually ends up leaving the game forgotten while you wrestle and end up having sex.
