Live in a room above a bar full of hot girls. Any suggestions as how to use this to my advantage; would going alone to this bar at midnight make me seem weird?

This makes for perfect "isolation" with girls. You don't have far to travel,
and you don't have to keep the attraction going for an extended period of time.

You can get them all hot and bothered, and then ... BAM ... isolate them up
to your place. And then, when the deed is done, you both can go back to the
bar and meet back up with her friends / your friends.

(She will not be LEAVING her friends, so this is great)

This is great potential for gaming... I am interested in seeing what others
have to say about this.

All that which you have mentioned is great, however I don't understand how I can actually open and isolate girls when I am alone with no excuse do go down to this bar. Perhaps I should get to know the people working there.

But, yes. Definitely get to know the people who work there.

If one, or a few of them happen to be hotties, then game on those
"hired guns."

Getting to know the people who work there, and the "owner" builds up
your social proof / social value to everyone else in the bar. Therefore,
making the girls notice you. Because you are in fact, showing that you know
the people, and are not shy to talk to people.

There is no "rule" that says you have to have a "pivot" (another girl) in
order to approach others.
