I am going out this weekend and was hoping for some good ideas for openers. I will prob hit up a couple of bars with my friends (couple of girls and a few guys) The bars I go to are more social (not dance clubs) Since I am really new to this any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Standard opener is always the same formula.

Hey i have to go shortly for ______________________ reason, but give me your opinion on __________________________.

What you fill the blanks with doesn't matter as it is not the focal point of the conversation just a way to start it.

'would you rather be a guy or a girl?' ' the reason Im asking is because me and my friends were discusssing it bla bla....'

Then go on to say youd rather be a guy cos girls spend like hours a day putting make up on doing their hair and spend waaay to long making themselves pretty or whatever. and then go onto say girls have periods and get all hormonal + emotional etc

Then neg them on their answers 'OMG typical girl..... bla bla' or 'OMG you do act kinda guyish (if they say guy)'

I havnt field tested it yet but anyone who does let me know how it goes!
