What does it mean if girls arent really giving you eye contact when you walk by?? do some just not do that or is this a reflection on me?

imo your probly not peacocking enough, i know when i peacock a bit i constantly have the ladys checking me out. but when its to cold where i live(-20 right now) i usually slack on dressing up and the looks deffinently decrease.
