Could anyone explain to me NLP and how effective it is? Is it hard to learn??

It's a school of psychology that focuses on manipulating your own and other's thought process for the better. Find a book or google it, it's impossible to explain in one post.

There is a lot of theory and material, and the knowledge does take time and discipline to apply. I really recommend you learn the basics (of true NLP, not Ross Jeffries) because it truly is enlightening to your self development.
