Do a little foreplay first, especially rub/finger her vagina til it's wet. The mistake i made the first time was i was a little too eager with it. We walked like 10 blocks to her house from a party and i knew i was getting laid. So when we got to her bed i pulled her pants off and tried to stick it in pretty much instantly and i was thinking why the fuck is this not going in so easy. After some poking and pushing it eventually got wet and the motion got going but definately do a little foreplay first to make her wet is my advice for a first time.
