permanent peacock?

Just a nice quick question; When I went through a tough patch, I went on a piercing fad.
Nipple, basic ears, etc.
Now I've got a piercing that nobody else in the area has, I'm wondering if that can constitute a peacock? It's directly in my bottom lip as opposed to being under it, and, with glowing balls, it does cause a stir in clubs. I've been approached for talk of that alone.
So, does it constitute as a peacocking item?

:P I meant does it constitute peacocking if its a permanent item; I know it gets the same effects, but, as I can't really remove it easily, does it also limit the girls I can feasibly approach or not? Most I've seen people use for peacocking was clothing or accesorising themselves.

My fav peacocking item I own is my lip ring. I copied neil and rocked a fake on for a cool month and saw how much attention i got and said fuck it and got the real thing done.
