If you're a full timer in college, then you have soooo many resources available to you. These are just suggestions. Choose whatever fits your fancy and I'm sure you'll have some ideas of your own . . .
Look into hooking up with a "drama" club. First off, you're going to learn some great skills. You'll learn to deal with anxiety. You'll learn breathing skills, how to speak effectively, how to project your voice with different emotions, you'll improve your memory through various exercises. You'll learn how various emotions project to physical actions, and much more. The bonus is . . . you'll meet a bunch of girls . . . right?
Free writing or "Creative" writing. Read the posts on this forum. 99% are copy/pastes. I'm not some plagiarism police looking arrest thieves. The ethics part doesn't matter at all in terms of practicality. The point is that plagiarism is a bore. The point is that when everybody out there is a plagiarist and you can showcase uniqueness, you shine like a star . . .
Oral presentation and/or Debating. Figuring out your audience, setting a target goal, realizing your strengths and weaknesses, strategizing for counter arguments . . . influencing through conversation. This is all incredible stuff.
Plenty more . . . Just take a look at your course catalog and think to yourself, "How can I practically apply this knowledge to my life?"
