So Awesome. I'm stoked.

So this is basically my first night EVER of what I would consider real sarging. I had practically no approach anxiety, I could not fuckin believe it. That Inner Game Tapping shit works like a charm, especially when I can feel that nervous feeling in my gut. It doesn't feel like it will work, but for some reason it does.

Today, my goal was to focus on the 3sr, try with it, and try without. Given everything that happened, I am starting to realize, albeit in my own way, why the 3 second rule is so important. When I followed it there were no hesitations, no doubts, rejection hits a lot less, it seems fun. I noticed when I did not use the 3 second rule, it made me feel bad, weak, situations changed, I lose out, most of all I lose confidence and that sucks major hemorrhaging blood vessels. So it seems like when I do not use the 3 second rule, I really lose steam.

My innards cringed as I often said AFC things because I could seriously not think of other things to say. It was cool, even though I was saying all this totally lame shit I was basically having fun.

My deduction is:

If (3s rule=used) {

Feel strong, insensitive to rejection, things are fun.

}

else {

You become a wall-flower, a nobody, you sit in the dance floor chairs of Beta Male shame. Frustration sets in.

}

I went alone because my friends are...cool... but if I had to be honest, a lot of them are afraid of girls I guess. So I went to the club alone, you'd think that would have sent my anxiety through the roof. Not really. But you can imagine how I felt with being like on of maybe 3 white people that were being any what proactive. I felt so weird being like the only active white person there. I competing against a lot of AMOGing blacks (some hard core MFers too).

Current status: AFC - rAFC at best.

Anyway, didn't mean to ramble on like this.

What are your guys'(girls') experience on this?

Dude totally. It worked so well for me I can't fucking believe it. It's called inner game tapping and it somehow works on the CNS to release anxiety. Before this point anxiety had paralyzed, I think it would have done it last night had I not used the method. You can learn about it and see a couple free videos at this site:

With his method and my limited knowledge of psychology I tailored a routine that worked for me. Haven't checked out his books, but he must be good.
