Right lads,

I work as a landlord collecting rents, I have a hot Romanian chick in a apartment.

I went to collect the rent last week and she was on her own, she turns round and invites me in for coffee, sitting down she proceeds to ask me if i have a girlfriend or not. I said no, she then tells me she is seeing a romanian guy who doesnt respect her and she would like a Irish guy ( im irish and we're in ireland ) to wake up to in the mornings.

Right i undersatnd it sounds like im in, but not too sure as. In front of the people she lives with she turned round and said that she wants a guy to wake up to in the morning- just want your opinion, is she game or is she winding me up as she was touching my leg (IOI) when we were on our own asking me if i had a GF or Not !!!??!?!?!?!

its Game but sounds like there somemthing else she might be aiming for. Remember sometimes girl like guys who can better there Future or get them something. Since you are a landlord she might be seeing "hey this guy is the landlord i might be able to use him for favor ie: free rent or cheaper rent. Becareful cause if you get into Deep some problems might arise. But for Now game on i await to read your post in the "lay Report" section.

I agree, it sounds like she has something more in mind. Be careful, it is possible that you will get yourself into a situation that you may not enjoy.

However, it is your call so if you feel that her interest is genuine, go for it.

Well gents, im going to be there tonight, Planning on walking in, askin her if she has even been out in the clubs here( i know she hasn't ). Hopfully she'll say yes, I'll tell her i'll pick her up at 11.00pm and to be ready.

She is about a 8.5, have to see her dress up yet, should be quiet fun.

But yeah thats my problem, is he after cheap rent, or a better life, or whats her plan,

Now i have know her and her sister and sisters husband for over a year now, nicest people ever. so i dont think she is after cash. but ya neven know people, ya know.

I'll keep you updated, taking her to a club ( well if she says yes) and meeting up with my pals, so shoudl be fun, they all know the craic when a new girl is brought out so, i'll look like a god, which is great. but its now a waiting game.
