I took a month-2month break from the game and just people in general (had to take care of my grandma while my parents were on vacation) and was busy with some other shit, and now I've found that I'm not so good with people anymore. The good thing however, is that after coming back from this break I've seldom had AA.

My question is, how do you get past the "how do you do / where are you from / whats your major / " conversation with girls that you meet on the college campus or just people in general? How do you segue into more meaningful conversation? and how can I hold a conversation with someone for more than 5 minutes?

It always comes to that awkward silence and I just feel like I have to turn away to end the conversation before I make myself look stupid (which I've been doing a lot lately), so that's why my conversations never go anywhere.

Tease her over how she dresses, how she acts, what she says.
Tell a little story about what happened last weekend or whatever (you can make it up, add DHV's if possible).
Make insightful comments about your surroundings or her.
Run routines (that you can find by searching this site).
Make yourself sound so interesting that she asks questions about you.
Read her mind or do some other trick.
Find commonalities and talk about them. You WILL have some.

thanks that's somewhat helpful. My mind is just blank after coming back to the game, see, i knew that already =\. No stories ever come to mind though, so I guess i need to make up some good ones.
