I have this wierd AFC thing goin on....I can talk to her online and via txt. I've even arranged for us to go out. But for some reason I get some wierd anxiety wen around her in person. We work together but on different departments so we rarely bump in to eachother. If we do i'll say the odd line here n there but I get all buzzed out so to speak Any ideas to over come would be great. I hope i'm not subconciously sending that signal out tho.

I have suffered from the same thing and it can drive you completely nuts because as soon as you leave ur shaking ur head and asking why the hell she has such an effect on you. In my opinion its just that either subconsiously or consiously (i think im spelling that wrong but w/e) u are giving her alot of value, so much that ur worrying u might mess up, which ironically is hurting ur chances because now ur really nervous. the best thing to do is try to get out of ur comfort zone as much as possible. get into situations that make u nervous. over time ur going to become conditioned so that while it may be in the back of ur mind still, it won't dominate you. hope that helps a bit..

You should get Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss, it is insta confidence also as the guy above said get out of your comfort zone.
My advice go out when you have some free time and try and get 5 western/movie recommendations from people, preferably mixed sets.
