Alright well last night i hooked up with a co-worker HB10 now What?

How do i get her out of my head?
Should i go out for lunch and try to meet the first girl i see? or Play it cool enjoy my day and call her tomorrow?

When should I get her to hang out again?

your asking what you do after you hooked up with her???...um the same thing you did to hook up with her to begin with......that is of course im assuming you where alpha about it.....
how you get her out of your head, simple psychology you gotta pre-occupy yourself with other activieties when im not doing anything and have all the time in the world to think thats when i find i cant get my mind off someone but if i have a friend over or am driving through town gonna go pre-occupy myself with other activities it tends for me to help me kind of forget.......

and just play it cool do what you been doing, act alpha, fun, interesting and what not and call her when you want long as it isnt more then 2 times max and if you must 3 times on some weeks.....that way you dont seem desperate but the fact yoru calling twice a week sometimes once and others 3 just keeps contact up and your relationship status whatever tha maybe......

but a phone call wont ruin your chances with this girl.....

let me break it down for you if she likes you and you call do you think she will say i dont like him anymore no she wont

but if she doesnt like you and you call will she say i dont like him no she wont cause she already doesnt like you like that....

so phone call wont kill yoru chances...

pua should come second and yoru common sense first i see a lot of guys following pua like the bible thinking i cant break the rules or do this and that and then they end up asking questions with obvious anwsers...

so just remember your incontrol and you do what you want you want to call then call you want to ask her out ask her out, cause if she likes you she likes you and if you call or ask her out she wont mind...

but if she doesnt like you and you ask her out welll its not the asking out that changed her mind her opinion on you already was i dont like him...


when you shoudl get her to hang again, whenever you two can get a day toghther that it is possible to hang out, just dont go over 2 times a week and at times 3......but still that is my rule you acn make your own if this girl to you is g.f material then eventually you will hang out more..

but if she is just the flavor of the week then 2 times a week hang out to on occasion 3 times will be just fine
